It did not reach me, his reply, but I have known his mail server to take as much as 48 hours to send a reply (every 2 months this happens). So maybe we will hear it soon. So the votes are 2 in favor and 1 undecided, and the link remains. I am content to let those who stumble into it send comments now but I would be against sending out public invitations for some time. We have yet to accomplish the purpose of contacting Unicode at this time. Which was to have a technical reviewer come in and give a critique. It seems like that process moves at a lesser clip than I had anticipated. yTna, do you have an email for Joe Becker? I imagine that Mr Adams has already informed him. I am obviously a bit anxious to hear his reply and get onto the final stages :-/ :-\ Then there is the issue of SERA-95 to take up with the with the ISDC (International SERA Development Committee) which I am looking very forward to. Oh how I would love to take a semester and just work on Ethiopic electronic issues, but that semester would probbably become a lifetime -eh? Great to hear from you yTna. cheers! -dan'El ps One question that yonas has posed, that I would like to pick up from where it has fallen on the wayside: Is Appendix B necessary? Does Unicode want it? Did they ask for it?
