  Thank you for the recent letters that fill yonas and I in on the background
we are missing on this project:

  I dearly hope we will be doing so!  I think yTna has now described a great
deal of where the first initiative advanced to.  I feel it is a bit early to
reform the CSES in full bloom and be taken under the umbrella of Cleo until,
as yTna cautions we have "something substantial in our hands".  I have seen
ourselves in a pre-CSES-II stage of maturity.

Abass, I would like to request a copy of the last LaTeX document (in electronic
form) of the CSES proposal -was it the August, 1993 version?  If email is
not a possibility for transport, can you please land mail on a HD 3.5" disk
a copy to:

The original file would save much labor as we investigate the revisions yTna
has suggested.  I am aware of LaTeX->HTML converters that I would love to 
learn to use.  Maybe I can submit the first thesis by Mosaic? ha!  Anyway, we
do need to get our thoughts in a "hard form", starting with the last LaTeX
file would save a lot of effort.
