Unfortunately during the last several weeks I have been preoccupied with "real work", and this week it is taxes (!), but next week must be better! Meanwhile, I will email you the ASCII version of the new Unicode proposal I had already put together based on the August 1993 Recommendation. I'm sure you will be able to figure it out from the ASCII version. Based on the feedback to the original Unicode proposal, I removed the "Bilen" consonant series, but otherwise this is basically the same as the August 1993 Recommendation with some adjustments of the ordering.
